Use 2011 Handicaps for the first 3 weeks
1. You can roll the ball everywhere with club head only, except in sand traps.
2. Hit wrong ball- Replace as near as possible- no penalty
3. Lost Ball-Drop as near as possible where it went in – Penalty - 1 stroke
4. Ball out of Bounds- You do not have to hit a provisional. Treat as a lost ball.
